Fees and Registrations 2024
Caroline Springs Hockey Registration:
If you would like to join the club as either a player of supporter, please complete the form via https://form.jotform.co/CSHCsecretary/2018-cshc-membership-form. Upon completion you'll receive a welcome letter from the CSHS secretary, in addition to a copy of your application form and details about "teamapp" (the CSHC communication tool which can be downloaded on itunes and google play).
Hockey Victoria Fees
All players (excluding Hookin2Hockey) are required to complete a registration with Hockey Victoria. Supporters and officials are also encouraged to register at
http://membership.hockeyvictoria.org.au.
There are no fees for Juniors U10's and U8's
If you have previously played for another club, you must contact the secretary prior to completing the HV registration to avoid any delay.
Caroline Springs Hockey Fees
Caroline Springs Hockey has a club payment plan to assist players. You must contact the Club Treasurer who will organise your individual plan. This must be fully organised by the 14th of February. It is an expectation that all player fees are fully paid 1 week prior to the 1st Round of the season. You must also be registered with Hockey Victoria (HV) to be able to play.
